For both our hospital and physician clients, we are more than a hospitalist staffing company. By fostering long-term relationships built on trust, respect, and shared accountability, Eagle helps create hospital environments that elevate inpatient medicine, attract new physicians, and provide leadership within local communities.

Our staffing and management model is tailored for each hospital, utilizing both full-time and part-time physicians, as well as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who work as a coordinated team to extend the care for the patient – from clinical consultation, to admission and discharge. Eagle Medical Directors at each practice support the program’s goals and lead Eagle quality initiatives. This structure, along with our advanced billing and coding support services, helps free physicians to do what they do best: Care for Patients.

Personal. We collaborate with our hospital partners, meeting with key administrative staff and physicians and culling through significant data in order to become familiar with their unique needs and objectives.
